C’Shores man indicted on child sex charges

A Cottonwood Shores man was indicted Tuesday, Feb. 3, on charge of indecency with a child.
Roger Dale Dunlap, 32, was indicted by the 424th District Court on a second-degree felony charge of indecency with a child by sexual contact. He was booked into Burnet County Jail Feb. 7, and was released the same day on bond of $50,000.
According to the indictment, on or about Aug. 28, 2014, the defendant “intentionally or knowingly cause (the victim), a child younger than 17 years of age, to engage in sexual contact by causing (the said victim) to touch the genitals of the defendant.”
