Faith Academy guard Jayla Reeves is one of three underclassmen starting for the Lady Flames basketball team. Reeves scored four points and had three assists and five steals against Incarnate Word on Tuesday in a warmup game.

The Faith Academy Lady Flames lost in a warmup game against Incarnate Word Tuesday in San Anttonio.

The Lady Flames fell, 60-46, to Incarnate Word after Incarnate Word jumped to a 22-15 first quarter lead. Sedona Prinde was held to eight points, but the freshman post player had 17 rebounds. Senior guard Taylor Denton led theteam with 16 points. The Lady Flames have a bye to the TAPPS Class 3A regional tournament, which starts Feb. 27-28 at San Antonio Cornerstone.
