Shootin' for Cooper

Hidden Falls Adventure Park will be hosting “Shootin’ for Cooper,” the first annual skeet shoot fundraiser, on March 27 and 28.
The trap and skeet shoot competition begins at 7 a.m. Friday morning, and again on Saturday morning at Hidden Falls Adventure Park, located at 7030 E FM 1431.
The event also includes a silent auction all day Saturday with thousands of dollars worth of items, lunch served by donation, music and dinner starting at 5 p.m., and a live auction beginning at 7 p.m., including items such as guided whitetail management hunts, shoulder mounts, spring turkey hunts, and a variety of firearms. There will be bouncy houses available for children, and the event is BYOB after the shooting is completed.
Meal tickets will be required for Saturday dinner and can be purchased at Lee Hoffpauir Chevrolet Buick Inc. at 2301 US 281 in Marble Falls.
There are currently 30 teams registered for the competition, and time slots are still available on Friday morning and afternoon. Finalists, determined by a point system, will shoot a second round on Saturday evening, and will shoot to win money prizes.
To enter the competition, contact Bryan Kinsey at 830-385-6861 or Hidden Falls Adventure Park at 830-265-4950.
