Euclid Uel Phipps, 93, of Cottonwood Shores, Texas, passed away Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015.
He was born May 8, 1922, in San Antonio, Texas, to Uel and Vera Phipps.
Euclid loved his wife, kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and great-great-grandkids.
He loved to piddle around the house outside, his John Wayne collection and travel.
Euclid was the 2014-2015 President of the Marble Falls Noon Lions Club.
He was preceded in death by: his first wife, Rosemary, and a son, William Edward Phipps.
Family left behind to remember him include: his wife, Marjorie McKinnerney Phipps; children, Rosalie Ann Phipps Patterson and husband, Edward, Robert Euclid Phipps, Margaret Jeanette Strube, Patricia Gay Phipps Pietzsch and husband, Keith, and Ronald Dale Phipps.
Also: 11 grandchildren, Deanna Kay Phipps Myers, Robert Raymond Phipps, Natalie Ann Patterson Ammons, Wendy Michelle Patterson Morris-Dawson, Edward Wayne Patterson, Jr., Sally Ruth Strube, Edwin Euclid Strube, Keith Edward Pietzsch Jr., Cristy Kaercher, James Phipps and Rochelle Martin; 21 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, from 6-8 p.m. at the Clements Wilcox Funeral Home in Marble Falls.
Services are set for today, Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at 10 a.m. at the Clements Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel in Marble Falls with interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Road, San Antonio, Texas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Clements Wilcox Funeral Home, Marble Falls, Texas.
