Alvena Letha Biggs Braziel Brasuel

Alvena Letha Biggs Braziel Brasuel left this earth Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016 at the age of 95.

For the last year of her life she was a resident at Kingsland Hill Care Center.

The staff there and the ladies with Seton Highland Lakes Hospice were her special angels.

A very special Thank you to each and every one of you.

Alvena was born May, 12, 1921 at Oatmeal, to Benjamin and Arie Biggs with her twin brother Alvin during a thunder storm.

Twins were a surprise to the parents and to the community as well.

She was preceded in death by two husbands; five brothers; one sister, and one grandson.

Left behind to cherish her memory are two daughters, Sandra and husband Leroy Trussell, Linda and husband Roy True; Stepdaughter Janet Brock; two stepsons, Jerry Brasuel and Michael and wife Rebecca Brasuel; grandchildren Rodney and wife Alice True, Eric and wife Andrea True, Brandon Trussell, Tim Clements, January True, Michael and wife Rose Brasuel, Will Brasuel, Rachel Brasuel and John Denise.

Also eighteen great-grandchildren.

She was affectionately known as Nonie by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the light of her life.

Grave side memorial services will be held at Marble Falls Cemetery Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Chaplain Tim Denton.
