Charles Henry Ulbricht

Charles Henry Ulbricht, 80, passed away on Friday, Oct. 7, 2016.

He was born March 17, 1936 in Twin Sisters, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents Tuska and Edmund Ulbricht, and brother Hans Richard “Jim” Ulbricht.

Charles served our country, enlisting in the Air Force in 1954 and was honorably discharged in 1958.

He met Mary Warren at the fillin’ station when she stopped in Burnet in July of 1960, he filled up her car with gas and he then asked her to join him at his family reunion.

Just a few months later they wed in November to be followed by 55 years together.

In addition to his loving wife, Mary, Charles is survived by his siblings; Jack Ulbricht and wife Jeanette of San Marcos, Clarice Herrington and husband Audie of Marble Falls, Pat Clark of Marble Falls, Peggy New of Marble Falls, and Modena DeSpain and husband George of Smithwick. Daughter, Teressa Smith and husband John A. of Cameron; sons, Doug Ulbricht and wife Monica of Spring Branch, Kenneth Ulbricht and wife Debra of Cottonwood Shores, and Ron Ulbricht and wife Lisa of Marble Falls.

He was also survived by his grandsons; Shane Ross and wife Asilynn, Shane Ulbricht and wife Dallas, Charlie Ulbricht and wife Ashley, Jacob Ulbricht, Josh Ulbricht, Kenny Ulbricht, and Jonah Ulbricht; granddaughters; Cheyenne Trillsch and husband Markus, Karlie Roberts and husband Jordan, Kylie Ross, Kellie Ulbricht, Whitney Ulbricht, Hannah Ulbricht, Kendall Ulbricht and Rylie Ulbricht; great-grandchildren; Tristan St.Clair, Haden Trillsch, Annalise Ross, Lawson Trillsch, Codey Ulbricht, and one on the way.

Visitation is Monday October 10 at 5-7p.m at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 1805 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the Marble Falls Church of Christ, 711 Broadway, with Greg Neill officiating.

Burial will follow at Rockvale Cemetery in Spicewood.

Pallbearers are Shane Ross, Shane Ulbricht, Charlie Ulbricht, Kenny Ulbricht Jacob Ulbricht, and Josh Ulbricht.

Honorary pallbearers are Jordan Roberts, Markus Trillsch, Jonah Ulbricht, and Whitney Ulbricht.
