Faith Academy qualifies team for state in Waco
Danyelle Morris ran a 16:09 for sixth best on Faith Academy's team Saturday. The Faith Academy team took secod overall. Senior Sophie McCannon won the 3200 meter race in 13:10.
Faith Academy took second place in the TAPPS Class 4A-District 3 cross country meet Saturday at Faith Academy.
Senior Sophie McCannon led the way with a first overall in the 3200 meter girls’ race. McCannon ran a 13:10.
Schertz John Paul II won the meet with 35 points. Faith Academy came in second with 58 points.
