Faith Academy earns first district win
Cab Booth has big day for Faith Academy Flames football team.

Faith Academy rolled to a 49-30 win over Texas School for the Deaf Friday night at Pony Stadium.
The Flames totaled 452 yards of offense led by running back Kameron Ellenberger’s 142 yards rushing and four touchdowns.
Cab Booth had six catches for 123 yards and scored on a pair of touchdowns.
Jarad Gastineau caught a touchdown reception from Braden McBryde.
Garrett Henderson threw two touchdowns.
“The defense has played strong for the last few weeks,’’ Faith Academy defensive coordinator Jim Richardson said.
The Flames’ defense recorded three interceptions. Preston Richardson had a pair of inteceptions and Gastineau had one.
Leading tacklers were Richardson, Dawson Jordan, Ellenberger and Isaac Oliver.
The Flames are at Brazos Christian this week.
