Lady Mustangs roll in San Antonio
Aspen Woerner scored 11 points in Lady Stangs' win over Alamo Heights. Marble Falls and Kerrville Tivy are tied for the District 26-5A lead with 7-1 records. Tivy is ranked No. 13 in the state.
The Lady Mustangs remain tied for the District 26-5A lead with Kerrville Tivy after both teams won their games on Tuesday night.
Marble Falls will be going after its 20th win of the season on Friday night when the Lady Mustangs play host to the Medina Valley Lady Panthers at Max Copeland Gym.
Marble Falls beat Alamo Heights, 52-32, on Tuesday in San Antonio to improve to 19-8 overall and 7-1 in district.
Mya McMillian scored 20 points and Aspen Woerner added 11 to provide the scoring punch.
Kerrville Tivy improved to 24-4 overall and 7-1 with a 39-32 win over Dripping Springs on Tuesday.
Marble Falls and Tivy will meet Jan. 27 at Kerrville.
