Two arrested at Enjoy Massage
Two Marble Falls massage parlor workers were arrested on prostitution charges Wednesday afternoon, March 14, after underage clients reported being touched in a sexual manner while receiving a massage.
LiLi Chen, 38, and Huafen Fu, 49, both of Marble Falls, remain in the Burnet County Jail on charges of promotion of prostitution to an individual under the age of 18, a second-degree felony punishable by a sentence of two to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
As an update to the story Friday, March 17:
Jail records show both Chen and Fu are being held on a detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Chen’s charge of prostitution or other pay or solicitation of a person under the age of 18, a second degree felony, was issued by the State of Texas with a $50,000 bond. A charge of aggravated promotion of prostitution, a second degree felony, was issued by the Marble Falls Municipal Court.
Fu’s arrest by the authority of the Marble Falls Police Department was on the same charge of prostitution or other pay or solicitation of a person under the age of 18, a second degree felony. The charge against her by the Marble Falls Municipal Court, however, is indecency with a child by sexual contact, also a second degree felony.
According to Capt. Glenn Hanson of the Marble Falls Police Department, officers were notified by two young men of an incident which occurred at the Enjoy Massage parlor in the 1100 block of US 281, when they fell asleep while getting what they thought would be a therapeutic, $60 per hour massage.
“The young men received massages, but awoke to being manually stimulated by the ladies giving the massages,” Hanson said.
Investigators executed a search warrant at the location and arrested Chen and Fu, while also seizing several items of evidence. The case is still under investigation, Hanson said.
