Michael George Gardner, 24, of Burnet, Texas passed away Sunday April 16, 2017. He was born to Timothy and Annette (Fortier) Gardner on October 4, 1992 in Denver, Colorado.

Michael loved people, he was always quick to shake a hand, hug a neck, and engage in conversation with his upbeat personality and infectious smile, he never met a stranger. Michael enjoyed a good party and was very creative, he liked drawing, painting, swimming, skateboarding, playing his guitar, and spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his love, of five and one half years, Korie Stewart of Burnet, Texas, mother, Annette Gardner of Buchanan Dam, Texas, father Timothy Gardner of Buchanan Dam, Texas, five brothers, Nicholas Gardner of Arvada, Colorado, Zachary Gardner of Longmont, Colorado, Joe Tutolo and wife Sarah of Tomaston, Connecticut, Jesse Tutolo and wife Claudia of Southington, Connecticut, Timothy Gardner of Buchanan Dam, Texas, nieces, Daisy and Shiloh, nephews, Liciano and Tyler, numerous aunts, uncles, extended family and a host of friends also survive.

Michael is preceded in death by his grandparents John and Virginia Gardner.

A visitation will be held 4:00-6:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Putnam Funeral Home in Kingsland, Texas. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Chapel of the Hills Baptist Church 19135 East State Highway 29, Buchanan Dam, Texas 78609.
