Adult Soapbox Classic official meeting Tuesday
Adult soapbox racing can be a family team affair, as it was for the Merkel family in 2016. It's time for the next Marb le Falls downhill challenge. Racers, teams and fans meet Tuesday night.
Racers, sponsors and fans of the 8th Annual Marble Falls Soapbox Classic are invited to the official racer meeting from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 6.
The meeting for the adult soapbox race, set for June 16-18, will be held at the race starting line, R Bar & Grill at Third and Main Streets in Marble Falls.
Racers must bring a photo ID. A derby tee shirt or racer badge will get an attendee $1 off a drink at the bar.
Registrations will be reviewed, rules discussed, final paperwork signed and processed. The racing committee will be available for questions.
These processes must completed by out of town racers by Friday June 16.
