Naomi Fay Wall was born June 21, 1926, in Spicewood, Texas, to Andrew and Bessie English, and passed away May 25, 2017 at Hillside Medical Lodge in Gatesville, Texas.
Visitation and a service was held Tuesday, May 30, at Evant Church of Christ, followed by a burial at Haynie Flat Cemetery in Spicewood.
Naomi married H.T. Wall on July 17, 1945 in Burnet, Texas. They had one child, a son, Jack V. Wall.
Naomi and H.T. farmed and ranched all their lives. Naomi was also employed by the Texas State Senate and retired after 21 years. They purchased a ranch in Purmela, Texas, in 1994 and moved to Evant, Texas, to be closer to their family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, H.T. Wall; her parents, Andrew and Bessie English; and sister, LaVerne English.
Naomi is survived by her son, Jack V. Wall and his wife, Cindi, of Evant; grandchildren, Jenise (Crickett) Miller and her husband, Scotty, of Toler, Texas and Judd Wall of Evant; great-grandchildren Warren and Wesley Miller and Jana Wall; brother-in-law, Ira Lee Wall of Bertram, Texas; and many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Naomi always put God first in her life. She loved her family and was a great example to them. She also considered the Evant church of Christ family.
