Cindy Floreine Braun

December 16, 1960 — August 21, 2017

Cindy Floreine Braun, 56, of Marble Falls, passed away peacefully on Monday, Aug. 21, 2017. She was born Dec. 16, 1960, in Burnet, Texas, to John Walter and Hattie “Pat” Clark. She was a 1979 graduate of Marble Falls High School, then went on to graduate from Angelo State University where she obtained her degree as a Registered Nurse.

Cindy was a nurse for 25 years. She was currently employed at Hill Country Surgical Center, where she was able to live out her true passion of caring for people. Cindy was a kind, loving person, who enjoyed spending time with her friends, fellow church members, co-workers and especially her family.

Cindy is survived by her mother; son, Michael Braun, his wife Hannah and her granddaughter Tinsley, all of Corsicana, Texas; her brother John Clark and his wife Greta of Austin; her sister Kelly Clark of Marble Falls; nieces Katie Culross and her husband Nathan and Shelcee Clark; and her nephew Kurt Clark, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Ralph and Floreine Clark, and Bill and Tuska Ulbricht.

Cindy was dedicated to God and was an active lifetime member of the First Baptist Church of Marble Falls, where her fellowship gave her much joy. Jesus Christ played a daily role in Cindy’s life and she was passionate about spreading His word.

Cindy enjoyed spending time with her family, visiting and taking trips with her friends, studying the word of the Lord, and most of all, playing with her new grandbaby, who loved her very much. She will be lovingly remembered as an amazing mom, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend and co-worker.

Visitation was held Thursday, Aug. 24, at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, Marble Falls, Texas. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 25, at First Baptist Church, Marble Falls.
