Guy William Hardy

Guy William Hardy, 54, of Burnet, Texas, died unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018. He was born in Tigua, Texas, on Dec. 21, 1963, to Phillip Keeton and Nora Kay Hardy. Guy, a master architectural sheet metal mechanic, owned and operated Hardy Roofing Solutions. Guy was engaged to be married this spring to Dr. Judy A. Nixon.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Owen and Vera Hardy and Curley Handy and Norine Coleman. Guy is survived by his mother, Nora Kay; his father, Phillip K; his brother, James Aaron Finley; his sisters, Elizabeth D. Ritchey and Holli D. Finkley.

The funeral will be held Tuesday, Jan. 23, at 2 p.m. at the Johnson City First United Methodist Church, 105 North LBJ Drive, Johnson City, Texas. A memorial fund has been established for Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch, calfarley.org/ways.
