Robert Harold Tucker was born in Campbell County near Lynchburg, Virginia. He was born on March 16, 1928, to Charles Clyde Tucker and Ruth Campbell Tucker. Together, Charles and Ruth had six boys and three girls. Better known as “Harold” to friends and family, he grew up in Annandale, Virginia. On Sept. 8, 1950, he married Bonita Faye McBride. They had four sons, Jeffrey Wayne, Steven Leslie, Richard Kent and Lawrence Wade. Harold and Bonnie were married 56 years, spending many years at the home they purchased just outside of Marble Falls in 1995.

On June 3, 2018, Harold passed away at this same home. He is survived by one brother and his family, one sister and her family and all four sons.
