Jane Vincent Markley

July 29, 1928 – January 13, 201

Jane Vincent Markley grew up in Lake Charles, Lousiana. She attended St. Charles Academy.

In 1951, she married the love of her life, Leo. They travelled the world with Exxon and retired to Marble Falls in 1985. She especially loved spending time at the lakehouse on Lake LBJ that they built in 1968.

Some of her favorite hobbies were beading, dancing, watercolor painting, playing cards at the Senior Center, going to listen to John Arthur every Wednesday night and of course shopping at the local thrift stores.

She would say she lived a great life with so many wonderful family and friends.

Jane was a force to be reckoned with living a full and active life.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Leo. She is survived by her daughter Susan Fenlon (husband Bob) and her son Gary (wife Shawnty). Jane adored her grandchildren Mark (wife Emily), Luke, Todd (wife Megan) and Nate.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to St Vincent DePaul (Marble Falls) or the Marble Falls Senior Activity Center.

Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church, Marble Falls, Texas. Burial will be at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park.
