Patrick Frank Warren of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away on July 6, after a massive stroke. Patrick was born on Feb. 14, 1962 to Malcolm (Red) and Virginia (Kay) Warren of Buchanan Dam, Texas.

After graduating in 1980 in Clear Lake City, Texas, he moved to the Highland Lakes area and began his career in Real Estate Appraising. He was an avid fisherman and hunter most of his life, but spent the last few years on the dance floor.

Patrick is preceded in death by his father, Malcolm (Red) Warren; grandparents, Frank and Velma Smith Richards of Buchanan Dam, Texas; and William (Bill) and Audrus Baker of Orlando, Florida.

He is survived by his fiancee, Patty Bargnesi of Cape Coral, Florida; his son, Joshua Warren of Seattle, Washington; a daughter, Faith Kirwan of West Virginia; his mother, Virginia (Kay) Warren of Buchanan Dam, Texas; two sisters, Kathleen Warren of Kingsland, Texas, and Krista Waldee of Millington, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
