Shirley Lynn Blair, 59, of Lake Buchanan, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 10:23 a.m. at Seton Austin Hospital after a three-month battle with various illnesses.

Shirley was born in Buchanan, Michigan on Dec. 29 1959, the daughter of Richard Babbs and Lois Fields. Shirley is survived by her husband, Kenneth Blair; sister, Ruth Key; brothers, Jim Babbs and Bill Babbs; daughters, Amber Siers and Kenna Goodman; and sons, Billy Williams and Jared Frasher. Shirley also had ten grandchildren; and one great-grand baby.

Shirley was a very tender-hearted person always willing give herself to anyone, fully supporting her friends and neighbors in need. Shirley was a member of Highland Lakes Baptist Church in Kingsland Texas. She will be loved and missed.

A celebration of life will be held at Highland Lakes Baptist Church on Nov. 16 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Karl Wallace officiating.
