The Marble Falls boys soccer team (2-8-1) is in an unfamiliar position prior to the start of District 17-5A. The team is not only not undefeated, they're below .500.
“I told my boys to forget about the record,” Mustangs Head Coach Rick Hoover said. “Last year, we were 12-0 going into the district, and guess what, we lost the first district game.”
The Mustangs open district play on Tuesday, Jan. 28 against Leander Rouse.
