Elwray "Skip" Pujol

Elwray "Skip" Pujol passed away March 13, 2018. He was born Aug. 14, 1935, to Ray and Eleanor Pujol in St Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Missouri Military Academy in Mexico. Missouri and later graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri, with a degree in Economics.

After graduation, he entered the Army in 1957 as a second lieutenant and served 23 years, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Christopher Michael Booth

Christopher Michael Booth, 42, of Kingsland, Texas left the binds of earth for his heavenly home, March 20, 2018. He was born to Christopher Alan and Nita (Proctor) Booth on Sept. 17, 1975, in San Antonio, Texas.

Chris was a member of the Highland Lake Wranglers Special Olympic team, he competed in bowling and swimming, he was awarded many medals and trophies for his competitive ability. He enjoyed reading, collecting Christian music CDs, and collecting National Geographic magazines.

Barbara Jean Perkins

Barbara Jean Perkins was born on Dec. 16, 1927 in Bloomington, Indiana, and was called home by her creator on March 15, 2018.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents; her twin sister Joan; her husband of 64 years, Homer; and daughter Judy Ann.

Harry Allen Miley, 63, of Cottonwood Shores, Texas, passed away March 21, 2018. He was born to Harry Junior Miley and Donna Miley Oct. 18, 1954, in Boonville, Indiana.

Harry served in the United States Army, and drove an 18-wheeler for his profession. Harry’s true passion though was spending time with his family especially his grandchildren, his friends, and barbecuing while listening to music.

Ellen Dahleen passed away on March 14, 2018. She was born in Danevang, Texas to Neils & Delphia Carlsen on Oct. 31, 1919. She was married to William (Bill) Dahleen.

Ellen is survived by her son, William (Bill) Dahleen, and her daughter Joan and husband Bill Fisher; grandchildren Crystal Carr and William Fisher and wife Becky; great-grandchildren June and Stella Carr and Hayden Fisher; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

William “Corky” Ray Burcham

William "Corky" Ray Burcham passed peacefully on March 11, 2018, in his home in Marble Falls.

The gifted trim and cabinet carpenter is survived by his wife, Mary Burcham, and children, Michelle Dian Burcham and Dusty Ray Burcham.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17, with reception to follow at Highview Retirement Village Community Center, 200 RM 1431, Marble Falls.

Bobbie J. Smith, 77, of Marble Falls, Texas, passed away March 11, 2018. She was born in Rio Grande City, Texas, on Oct. 14, 1940.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam P. Smith, on June 18, 1996; her oldest son, Daniel Thomas, as well as three brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by children Wanda Nelson, Dora Neckar, and Samuel “Chief” Smith, and their children.
