Edith Faye Jackson, 72, of Kingsland died on Friday, March 6, 2015.
A memorial service will be held at the Putnam Funeral Home on March 14, 2015, starting at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Richard Vandeventer officiating.
She was a daughter of Kenneth and Pearl (Dorbant) Goins, having been born on July 22, 1942, in Dexter, New Mexico.
Jackson will be remembered as a loving wife and mother active in the lives of her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by: her husband, Floyd Jackson of Kingsland; children, Donna and Tony Gliddon of Kingsland, Sandra Meyer of Carlsbad, New Mexico, Karen and Allen Tanner of Copperas Cove, and Mabry Jackson of Bastrop; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Ronnie Goins of Carlsbad, New Mexico and Kenny and Nancy Goins of Amarillo, and, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her parents and a brother, Eddie Goins.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Putnam Funeral Home and Crematory 145 Texas Avenue in Kingsland.
