Phyllis C Halloran

Phyllis Halloran, 73, of Meadowlakes passed away on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015, at her home in Marble Falls.

She was born on March 16, 1942, in Altoona, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William and Mary Yetsko.

Funeral services for Phyllis will be Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, beginning at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Rosary will be Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015, at 5 p.m. at the Clements Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation to follow.

Phyllis graduated in 1061 from St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

She subsequently attended Harper Method Beauty School in Rochester, New York.

She then worked briefly as a beautician in Williamsport.

On April 20, 1962, she married Michael Halloran and began an exciting career with her husband in the United States Air Force and took off to Ramey AFB in Puerto Rico.

She joyfully accompanied her husband to other places like Florida, Utah, Ohio, New York, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Texas.

Within each community and organization, Phyllis worked as a tireless volunteer in churches, hospitals and in helping the needy.

These organizations certainly became a better place as a result of her presence.

Survivors include: her husband of 53 years, Mike; children, Mike and Julie Halloran of St Joseph, Missouri, Bill and Jana Halloran of Omaha, Nebraska, Mary Nabity of Omaha, Nebraska, and Christie and Walker Trudeau of Marble Falls, Texas; six grandchildren, Andrew Nabity of Omaha, Nebraska, Jordan and Emily Halloran of Omaha, Nebraska, Jackson and Sophia Trudeau of Marble Falls, Texas, and Anthony Frump of St. Joseph, Missouri.
