Celia Beltran

 

Celia “Sally” Beltran was born on Oct. 10, 1949, in Burnet, Texas, and passed away on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, in Round Rock, Texas, at the age of 66 years.

Sally was married to the love of her life, Frank Beltran Sr., for 44 years. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother of six.

She had a heart of gold and always opened her arms to anyone and everyone.

Many will remember her for the love she had for her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as for cooking.

She was always willing to help others and taught her children to do the same with the utmost respect for everyone.

Sally is survived by: her husband, Frank Beltran, of Granite Shoals; sons, Frankie Beltran and wife, Sabrina Salazar, of Marble Falls, and Robert Beltran of Marble Falls; daughters and sons-in-law, Diana and Anthony Brito of Marble Falls, Melannie Gutierrez and Miguel Jaimes of Granite Shoals and Lisa Beltran and husband, Alex Tobar, Jr. of Marble Falls; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and, many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; siblings; son, Jaime Beltran, and, a daughter, Melinda Beltran.

Visitation with the family is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, from 5-7 p.m. at the Clements Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel.

A funeral service will be Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015, at 2 p.m. at the Clements Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Marble Falls City Cemetery.

Named as pallbearers were: Anthony Brito II, Frank Beltran Jr., Jaime Beltran Jr., Eddie Garcia, Emilio Perez, Robert Beltran Jr., David Leal Jr. and Freddie Martinez.
