Opal Louise Penny Bess

Opal Louise Penny Bess was born to James “Jack” Penny and Opal Mays Penny in Marble Falls Dec. 21, 1942.
She passed away peacefully April 20, 2016, at the age of 73, after giving her life to God.
She was also raised in Marble Falls and graduated from Marble Falls High School.
She later went to business college in Austin where she graduated to become a bookkeeper.
She lived a happy life close to her family on her property in Granite Shoals where she has a beautiful garden.
She gave herself the title of “head honcho” around the yard.
She is survived by son Christopher Ford and his wife Andrea; daughter Misty Bell and Steven Vandewerker; son Talon Bell and wife Mary; son Jackie Bess; granddaughters Shelby Ford, Alesha Bell, Bethany Perez, and Madilynn Bell; grandsons Tyler Ford, Ruben Perez, and Shaun Bess; brother Charles Ray Penny, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her father James “Jack” Penny; her mother Opal Mays Penny; sisters Rosie Lee Penny and Linda Jane Penny; brother James Penny Jr. and nephew Charles Ray Penny, Jr.
Our mother and Grandma Louise will always and forever be loved, missed and remembered.
