Jeffery DeWayne Young

Jeffery DeWayne Young (Bubba), 32, of Burnet passed away Jan. 20, 2017.

He was born Oct. 21, 1984 in Abilene to John Boyd Young Jr and Paula Young.

Jeffery attended Leander High school.

He was an amazing, loving, kind hearted person.

He loved cars and motorcycles and his dream job was to restore old cars.

He was a welder at Lonestar Welding, which he loved, in Kingsland.

Jeffery’s dream was to have peace with his family in the world.

He loved his children more than anything, and loved every person that came into his life.

Jeffery went to be with the Lord enjoying what he loved most was riding his motorcycle. Fast.

Jeffery was a Christian and gave his life to God, he was saved last year and was devoted to God.

He is survived by his father and stepmother; John Boyd Young Jr. and Roxan of Florence; his mother and stepfather Paula Young and Joe Luis Hernandez; his wife Ambur Wheatley; former wife Amanda Nelson all of Burnet; grandparents John and Dinah Young of Indiana; grandmother Heidi Cole of Burnet.

Jeffery also is survived by his children; Jordan, Justin, James, Audra Gracee, Delylah Young, Jayden and Riley Wheatley; sister and brother in law Erika and Nick Sargent of San Marcos and sister Hailee Beltran of Burnet; three nephews Rowdy, Colten and Weston, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Jeffery is preceded in death by his grandfather; Wayne Cole; aunts Audra Young and Teresa Weir, and uncle Eddie James Young.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Feniex, and Kingsland 1st Baptist Church.

Arrangements were made by Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet.
