Judith Elizabeth Steiniger

March 31, 1937 ~ January 26, 2017

Judith Elizabeth Steiniger (Willett) went to be with our Lord and Savior Thursday, Jan. 26.

Judy Beth was adored and cherished by all who knew her.

Survived by her husband; Edward J. (EJ) Steiniger of 62 years, heir son’s; Stephen (Debbie) Steiniger of Allen, Scott (Deborah) Steiniger of Hutto; grandchildren Shaun Steiniger, Shelby (Lori) Steiniger, Gretchen (Matt) Williams and Meridith Steiniger; four step grandchildren; two great grandchildren Payton Steiniger, Ryan Steiniger, baby Williams on the way and four step great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son; Michael Thomas Steiniger and her parents; Thomas & Lillian (Melton) Willett of Kentucky.

Judith was born March 31, 1937, in St. Louis, Missouri.

She graduated from St. Elizabeth’s Academy in 1954, and began working for the Bell Telephone Company as a number please girl.

After marrying Ed, his career took them to Cambridge, Ohio, Hunstville, Alabama, Binghamton, New York, Austin and Southlake, retiring in Horseshoe Bay.

Judy’s interests included her love of yorkies, Beanie Babies, playing games (poker) and the Game Show Network.

They enjoyed traveling and using their timeshares.

A memorial service is being planned at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville.
