Marie W. Fuller

July 2, 1939 — November 14, 2018

Marie W. Fuller passed away Nov. 14 in Dripping Springs after a long and courageous battle against Parkinson’s. She was born on July 2, 1939 in Lueders, Texas, and lived there until she graduated as Salutatorian from Lueders High School.

Marie was a resident of Marble Falls, Texas, since 1986, where she lived and loved with her husband of 20 years, Alton Fuller. She graduated Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business in 1989. Daughter of J. R. and Evelyn Watkins. She loved to play golf, bridge and especially the Jail Ministry. Marie is survived by her daughter, Cyndee and spouse Joe Turney; grandsons, Jackson Turney and spouse Kayla, and Austin Turney and spouse Sarah. She is also survived by two great-granddaughters, Charlot and Avery Turney, the light of her days.

Services will be held at the First Baptist Church, Marble Falls, on Tuesday, Nov. 20 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, Marie had requested that a donation be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation. The family would like to give special thanks to Stephanie Fierro, and Alex and Brooke her care givers. Their dedication is very much appreciated.
