Mitchell Dale Brown, 24, of Granbury, Texas, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018. A private memorial service will be held to fulfill his wishes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mitchell Dale Brown Suicide Prevention, P.O. Box 1512, Granbury, Texas 76048.

Mitchell was born on Dec. 28, 1993, in Dallas, Texas, to Dale and Joni Brown. He was a senior at Tarleton State University. He was a compassionate, generous spirit, and cared deeply for those who were less fortunate than himself. Mitchell enjoyed nature and spending time outdoors.

Mitchell is survived by his parents, Dale and Joni Brown; grandparents, John and Janie Hollowell of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Roger and Anna Brown of Granbury, Texas; aunt, Lisa Buchanan and husband Rees; uncle, John Hollowell and wife Martha; cousins, Brittney, Grant, Alyssa, Christian and Cameron; the extended Hirschey and Brown families, and many special friends that provided love and support throughout his life.
