Robert Eugene Meyer

Robert Eugene Meyer was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 10, 1922 and passed from this life on June 19, 2019. Robert married Margaret Horch on Jan. 23, 1943. He served in the Coast Guard during WWII and retired from General Motors as Foreman after 33 years of service. After a move in 1975 from Dayton to Briarcliff, Texas, Robert was a fireman for the Briarcliff Fire Department and was on the board of directors.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret, of Meadowlakes, Texas; and daughters, Marilyn Johnson, also of Meadowlakes, Pamela Multhup of Tucson, Arizona and Patricia Creger of Cypress, Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service with Mass will be held July 12, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. John’s Catholic Church, Marble Falls, Texas. Inurnment will be at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park, Park Road 4, Burnet, Texas immediately following the service.
