I would like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of happy times and bright sunny days. I would like the tears of those who grieve to dry before a sun of happy memories that I leave behind when day is done.”
Barbara began her life in Catarina, a small south Texas town to which her grandmother moved to pursue life in a new frontier development of mission style architecture and cold artesian wells.
Barbara lived and worked in many places; Catarina, Laredo, Corpus Christi, The Valley, Orange, Delaware, Beaumont, New York City, Houston, Austin, Rockport, Johnson City and finally Marble Falls. With every move her circle of dear and lasting friends grew, and another house was made a home.
Barbara was an exceptional wife, mother, entertainer and an accomplished artist.
