Spring offerings from Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) are beginning at Texas Tech University (TTU) Hill Country in Marble Falls and two more locations broadcasting to their facility here at 806 Steve Hawkins Parkway have start dates this month, Feb. 15-24.
