Sales tax allocations for Marble Falls for April dropped by more than 6 percent, while HSB sales tax revenues were down more than 14 percent — and that does not include the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
While Burnet County's three biggest cities all saw decreases in their sales tax distributions for the month of May, the entire county remains well above average for calendar year 2019 as the collections are up more than 11.1 percent combined.
