Business owners: Chamber U is for you

Another new class of Chamber U, a continuing education program styled just for business owners will be held Tuesday, March 7, and this class aims at understanding Google analytics.

Sponsored by the Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of commerce, the class is open to the whole community but non-members will pay $25.

Zach Cochran of the Austin ad agency Door Number 3 will explain seamlessly activating data to improve online marketing campaigns.

Data collection and management with Google Analytics provides a single, comprehensive view of the customer that can be customized to individual needs and shared across an organization. Reports can be segmented and filtered to reflect the needs of a business and an array of reporting and analysis tools can help understand your customers from acquisition to purchase.

Cochran draws on experience with clients such as Proctor & Gamble, M&M Mars, Heineken, UBS, GlaxoSmithKline, Lindt Chocolates and Texas Mutual where he developed expertise in media planning and buying, search engine marketing, digital prospecting, customer acquisition, strategic sponsorships.

The class will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Marble Falls Visitor Center, 100 Avenue G. Beverages will be provided.
