Granite Shoals approves deer feeder ban

The Granite Shoals City Council passed an ordinance on Tuesday, Jan. 14 that bans automated and unsupervised deer feeders within the city limits. The ordinance is the second of its kind aimed at reducing the urban population.

The Granite Shoals City Council approved an ordinance Jan. 14 to prohibit automated and unsupervised deer feeders within the city limits in an effort to stem the population of deer in municipal areas.
