Granite Shoals police will not file charges against a man who shot and killed a pit bull that was in the midst of attacking a woman on a walk near her home, according to the report.
The incident was reported at 2:52 p.m. on Feb. 18 in the 3900 block of Valley View Lane in the city limits. …
