It’s Burnet County Rodeo and Fair time, ya’ll, and sunny skies are in the forecast for the Burnet County Fair and Rodeo Thursday-Saturday, June 9-11.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Burnet County Fair and Rodeo and this year organizers have made some special plans to celebrate in Texas style.  More than 50 vendors will have jewelry, homemade soaps, birdhouses, walking sticks, metal art, wood art, candles and healthy homemade snacks available to fair goers.
Whether it is vegetables, crafts and metalwork’s that catches the spectators attention or the adrenaline rush of watching bucking bulls and saddle bronc riding, there is “something for everyone” this weekend.
