Here's where you vote in Burnet County for the Nov. 5 election

Texas voters take to the polls today, Tuesday, Nov. 5, to decide the fate of 10 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution.

As noted in Friday's edition of The Highlander, voters will also decide a local election in Horseshoe Bay, a bond and charter election in Granite Shoals and a bond issue for Burnet CISD.

Burnet County Election Day polling locations are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, and have been consolidated into just five locations:

Precincts 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 11 and 17 will vote at the Texas AgriLife Extension Auditorium, Burnet.

Precinct 9 will vote at the Highland Haven Community Center, 118 Blackbird Drive, Highland Haven.

Precincts 10, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 will vote at the Bertram Library, 170 N. Gabriel, Bertram.

Precincts 3 and 18 will vote at the Granite Shoals Fire Station, 8410 Ranch to Market Road 1431 West, Granite Shoals.

Precincts 4, 6, 19 and 20 will vote at the Burnet County Courthouse South Annex, Marble Falls.

In Llano County, Election Day polling sites are consolidated into just four locations: West Llano (Llano County Library, Precincts 101 and 410); Buchanan Dam (Lakeshore Library, 7346 Ranch to Market Road 261, Precincts 204 and 205); Kingsland (Kingsland Public Library, precincts 108, 203 and 307); and Horseshoe Bay (HSB City Hall, Precincts 102 and 109). Polls are open on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. . . .
