Sales tax revenue sets record in Marble Falls

Sales tax allocations for February for Marble Falls shattered a previous all-time record, topping $900,000 for the first-time ever as the county's largest city continues to experience outstanding economic growth.

Meanwhile, with the exception of Horseshoe Bay, which has seen a decline in revenue, all cities in Burnet County saw their sales tax revenues grow by a minimum of nearly 6.6 percent. …
